Well, little bit the Board of Elections can deprive the American people of the right to vote by not knowing how to process a simple change of address form for over three months so that said American person has to show up and vote on a paper ballot and hope to GOD that those actually get counted in favor of the Democrat this year since that didn't happen in 2004. Little bit. Board of elections (shakes fist in air).
