Do not for any reason use sleep aids.
What I have been hearing is that if someone has a undiagnosed sleeping problem and they take them, it can be lethal. I am not saying that is what happened here but damn it, I am just saying.
Try meditation or a fucking glass of wine but don't take that shit.
